Project Overview

SESIPL is proud to announce the successful completion of the electrical system for the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) project in Hyderabad. NPCI is an umbrella organization that operates retail payments and settlement systems in India, facilitating various modes of digital transactions such as UPI, IMPS, AEPS, RuPay, and BHIM.

Scope of Project

The scope of works for the NPCI project encompasses electrical installations across 2,50,000 square feet of office space, spanning six floors. The project includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning (SITC) of low-tension (LT) electrical components like Cables, Distribution Boards, Raceways, Cable trays, Light fixtures, Switches, Sockets, and other low-side electrical materials. The project also involves the following major works:

• SITC of power backup systems, including diesel generator sets, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, batteries, and inverters, to ensure uninterrupted power supply for the critical operations and equipment of NPCI.
• SITC of earthing and lightning protection systems to safeguard the electrical installations and personnel from electrical hazards and surges.
• SITC of fire alarm systems, smoke detectors, sprinklers, and other fire-fighting equipment to prevent and control any fire incidents.
• SITC of access control systems, CCTV cameras, biometric devices, and other security and surveillance systems to enhance the safety and privacy of the client and their data.
• Coordination with the architects, interior designers, civil contractors, HVAC contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and integration of the electrical system with the overall building design and functionality.
• Adherence to the safety norms, quality standards, and environmental regulations prescribed by the client, the government, and the industry.
