The new training centre will offer skill-based training courses to the staff and candidates who are interested in working with SESIPL. The training courses will cover topics such as data analytics, artificial intelligence, renewable energy, and EV batteries. The training courses will be designed and delivered by SESIPL's experts and trainers, who will also provide mentoring and guidance to the trainees. The training courses will be certified and recognized by the industry and the government. The new training centre will help SESIPL to enhance the skill level and employability of the staff and candidates, and to create a pool of qualified and competent talent for its projects and services. The proposed training centre is seriously looking at absorbing the students from the rural areas and hinterland who have not had the opportunity to pursue their education beyond high School or Pre universities. It also provides an opportunity to identify students who have not completed their School or Pre university degrees. It is proposed to have a tie up with the Govt of India Skill based Centres. Whereby we can issue a Certificate Course after completion of one year training at our proposed SESIPL Centre for Training Excellence.

The 24x7 call centre will enhance SESIPL's customer service and support by providing round-the-clock assistance and information to its clients. The call centre will have trained and experienced staff who can handle various queries and issues related to SESIPL's projects and services. The call centre will also have a CRM system that can track and record the customer interactions and feedback. The criteria and process for enrolling in the skill-based training courses offered by SESIPL are as follows:

  • The candidates must have a minimum educational qualification of 10th standard or equivalent.

  • The candidates must have a basic knowledge of computers and internet.

  • The candidates must have a valid ID proof and address proof.

  • The candidates must fill and submit an online application form on SESIPL's website, along with the required documents and fees.

  • The candidates will be shortlisted and contacted by SESIPL's staff for an online assessment and interview.

  • The candidates who clear the assessment and interview will be enrolled in the training courses of their choice.
