Project Overview

CTRLS is India's largest Tier IV data center service provider, offering cutting-edge IT infrastructure solutions to clients across various sectors.SESIPL were entrusted with the responsibility of designing and executing the electrical system for their new data center facility in Mumbai, spanning an area of 2,50,000 square feet. Our scope of work included the following:

• SITC of low-tension (LT) electrical components like cables, distribution boards, light fixtures, switches, sockets, and other low-side electrical materials.
• SITC of uninterrupted power supply (UPS) systems, generators, transformers, and switchgears to ensure reliable and continuous power supply to the critical IT equipment.
• SITC of earthing systems, lightning protection systems, surge protection devices, and other safety and protection devices to prevent and mitigate any electrical hazards or faults.
• SITC of energy meters, power monitoring systems, building management systems, and other smart and automated systems to monitor and optimize the energy consumption and performance of the electrical system.
• Coordination with the civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and fire-fighting contractors to ensure smooth execution and integration of the electrical system with the overall building design and functionality.
• Adherence to the safety norms, quality standards, and environmental regulations prescribed by the client, the government, and the industry.
