A message from the Managing Director
Our company’s website 2.0 launch is a sign of our transformation from a mostly South-Indian based operations unit to a nationwide operations entity, expanding our reach. This year, we also celebrated our silver jubilee, another achievement in our journey.
The new financial year began with a review of the past, with thorough analysis to correct any problems that have entered our systems, whether operational, project related, or human resources, to make sure we follow the best practices, and to also make sure that we comply with the legal requirements. It has been a time for making changes, by implementing the group ethical standards and norms, and getting employees to sign a non-disclosure agreement. This was the first step to become a process-driven company.
We overhauled our organisational structure, by forming an advisory board, with people who have had success in their own careers and business activities, to guide us in our journey to reach the next level.
We also revamped our organisational structure by bringing in new talent into our system at the top levels, adjusting the designations and grades to match the salaries and expectations of each employee. The new performance appraisal system has been put in place, to measure the performances of the employees and also ensuring they have clear job descriptions and roles and responsibilities.
We have emphasised the importance of an efficient management information systems (MIS) to achieve this goal. We have established a new weekly reporting system, ensuring better communication from top to bottom and the other way around. This will support the escalation matrix in solving the client issues quickly.
These steps will hopefully motivate the staff to give their best so that they are acknowledged and appropriately rewarded. We need to understand their goals and make sure they have career opportunities within the organisation.
The main point of our philosophy is to take such steps to address the needs of our large client base, whose facilities we operate 24x7 and any issue that comes up, needs to be dealt with professionally and proactively and ensuring the best services at all times - 24x7. To strengthen the need for immediate response teams to handle the situations effectively. We are almost done with setting up a warehouse to store all critical components and to ensure timely replacements of any critical components as soon as possible.
Our mission and goals are always a work in progress to achieve success. The fact that we seriously took a step by registering with the Carbon Declaration Programme (CDP) shows our commitment to address the huge problems faced by humanity due to climate change and the efforts needed to reduce the carbon footprints globally. We are in agreement with our valued clients like Infosys and others who encouraged us to take these steps. We appreciate your continued support in the years to come.
My best wishes to all!!
Rajesh Shetty
